Retail Activation Assistant

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in developing monthly retail activation plans for dealerships and communicate campaign requirements and guidelines.
2. Prepare monthly activity calendars, monitor execution, and follow up with dealers on progress.
3. Collect and check dealership activities weekly reports, track performance, and prepare internal reports.
4. Assist in monthly dealer performance assessments, prepare relevant documentation, and push the sign-off process.
5. Research competitor' dealership activities and share best practices with the team.
6. Actively go to dealers' stores, support and guide on-site activities to ensure smooth execution. Willingness to work overtime when needed is a plus.
7. Support other marketing projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Foreign Languages, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Good command of English, Russian, or Chinese, with a relevant language proficiency certificate. Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
3. Experience in marketing activities, event planning, or project coordination. International company experience is preferred. (Candidates should be prepared to share examples of previous marketing activities or projects they have worked on.)
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
5. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
