Responsibilities:
- Achieve set targets (SO) for all related Categories via strong cooperation with Key Account Manager and effective internal cross-department communication
- Build and support productive relationship with whole FF team
- Understand and explain product features, benefits and promotions;
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately: process sales, returns, exchanges, payments
- Identify and respond to customer complaints
- Weekly competitor's action analysis and Promoters daily report check
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Retail management experience not less than 2 years, Consumer Electronics industry is advantage
- Advanced understanding of English and Russian languages
