English Preschool Teacher

Noble Minds is looking for an energetic and experienced English-speaking Preschool Teacher to work with children aged 3–5.

Location: Tashkent, Chilanzar
Working availability: TBD
Teaching schedule: TBD
Number of classes per day: TBD / based on the final schedule
Age group: 3–5 years old
Class size: approximately 6–8 children

Role:
This is more than simply teaching English. The teacher will follow our preschool/Early Years curriculum and conduct classes in English, using a play-based and interactive approach.

Activities may include:
• Early English language and vocabulary
• Phonics and pre-literacy skills
• Early math and cognitive activities
• Arts & crafts
• Story time
• Music and movement
• Pretend play and hands-on learning
• Gross and fine motor activities

Very important: The teacher must be confident and effective in classroom management and able to independently engage, redirect, and manage a group of 6–8 young children. We are looking for someone who can keep preschoolers actively involved in structured activities rather than only delivering a traditional English lesson.

Ideal candidate:
• Fluent/native English speaker
• Experience working with children ages 3–5
• BA degree in ECE or related fields
• Strong classroom management skills
• Energetic, patient, creative, and engaging
• Comfortable with active, play-based teaching
• Preschool/Early Childhood Education experience is highly preferred
