Hospital Management Manager

Health Invest JSC is looking for an experienced Hospital Management Manager to support the management and transformation of healthcare institutions under the company’s portfolio.

The role will work closely with Health Invest management and hospital leadership teams to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, quality of care, and overall hospital management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the operational performance of hospitals under Health Invest management.
• Work directly with hospital directors and department heads to identify operational issues and implement practical improvements.
• Monitor key hospital performance indicators, including bed occupancy, average length of stay, patient volumes, waiting times, operating room utilization, and other operational metrics.
• Review patient flows and identify opportunities to improve admission, discharge, referral, outpatient, and inpatient processes.
• Support the development and implementation of hospital SOPs, management policies, and standardized operating processes.
• Analyze hospital financial and operational performance and support improvements in budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and resource allocation.
• Review organizational structures, staffing levels, and workforce utilization.
• Coordinate initiatives related to procurement, medical equipment utilization, infrastructure, and support services.
• Support improvements in healthcare quality, patient safety, infection control, and patient experience.
• Work with external healthcare consultants and hospital operators engaged by Health Invest and coordinate implementation of their recommendations.
• Prepare regular performance reports, identify key risks and issues, and provide practical recommendations to Health Invest management.
• Support the implementation of transformation roadmaps across the hospitals and monitor progress against agreed targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine, Public Health, Health Administration, or another healthcare-related field. A relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in hospital management, healthcare operations, healthcare consulting, or healthcare administration.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and key healthcare performance indicators.
• Experience working with hospital financial, operational, or performance data.
• Ability to analyze problems and translate findings into practical actions.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work directly with senior management, physicians, hospital administrators, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Strong command of English is required. Knowledge of Uzbek and/or Russian is a strong advantage.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills are preferred.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in private hospital groups, international hospitals, healthcare consulting firms, hospital transformation projects, or healthcare operators.

Experience in hospital operations, financial management, patient flow optimization, quality management, accreditation, KPI implementation, or hospital digitalization would be highly valued.
