Responsibilities:
- · Deliver high-quality SAT preparation lessons in Reading, Writing & Language, and Mathematics for students aged approximately 14–18
- · Use official SAT practice tests, College Board materials, and structured exam preparation resources as the core teaching foundation, supplemented by targeted skill-building materials to strengthen student performance
- · Teach entirely through the medium of English, creating an immersive academic environment where students develop the speed, accuracy, and critical thinking required for high SAT scores
- · Differentiate instruction effectively to support students ranging from foundational level to advanced university-bound candidates (e.g., 900–1600 score range), ensuring every learner is both challenged and supported
- · Develop students’ abilities in evidence-based reading, analytical writing, grammar accuracy, and advanced mathematical problem-solving aligned with SAT requirements
- · Build strong test-taking strategies, including time management, question analysis, elimination techniques, and accuracy under exam pressure
- · Foster independent thinking, disciplined study habits, and exam confidence consistent with the expectations of top international university admissions standards
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant academic subject (e.g. Mathematics, Humanities, Social Sciences, or Education)
- Master’s degree in Math, Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field (strongly preferred)
- Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience, ideally in SAT preparation, academic English, or international standardized testing programs
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively across a wide range of student ability levels, including beginners and high-achieving students targeting top university admissions
- Strong familiarity with SAT structure, question types, scoring system, and evidence-based test preparation strategies
- Strong skills in lesson scaffolding and differentiation; able to simplify complex academic and test content without reducing rigor or expectations
- Excellent written and spoken English with consistent use of a professional academic register in all communication
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain high standards in intensive, results-driven SAT preparation classes
- High standards of personal conduct: punctuality, reliability, discretion, and professional integrity
- Position type: Office-based; all teaching conducted on-site at the project premises in Tashkent
- Contract duration: Minimum one academic year (12 months), with possibility of renewal by mutual agreement
- Probation period: Three months, with formal review and written feedback
- Working hours: 14:00 – 18:00
- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience; details confirmed at interview
