Specialist — Correspondent Banking Relations

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and developing relationships with foreign correspondent banks and financial institutions;
• Supporting correspondent banking onboarding and account-opening processes;
• Preparing and coordinating KYC/CDD, AML, compliance questionnaires, due diligence documents, and related information;
• Conducting financial and risk analysis of foreign banks and financial institutions, including financial statements, credit ratings, ownership structure, and risk profile;
• Coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Treasury, and other relevant departments;
• Supporting the development and maintenance of the Bank’s international correspondent banking network;
• Monitoring relevant developments and preparing analytical materials for management.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in correspondent banking, international banking, KYC/CDD, compliance, or financial institutions;
• Good understanding of correspondent banking relationships and due diligence processes;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Excellent command of English, Russian, and Uzbek;
• Ability to work with international counterparties and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Experience with foreign banks and international financial institutions will be an advantage.
