Key Responsibilities:

Transportation & Field Tracking: Monitor daily vehicle dispatches and arrivals, update transport statuses, and handle on-site operational exceptions.

On-Site Coordination: Direct daily communications with local transport carriers, truck drivers, vehicle yards, and unloading crews to keep operations running smoothly.

Data & VIN Reconciliation: Record, double-check, and archive vehicle data, VINs, customs documentation, and unloading records with high accuracy.

Damage Inspection & Archiving: Timely collect, document, and manage photos/videos of damaged vehicles for official reporting.

Logistics Reporting: Update daily operational dashboards, maintain Excel tracking lists, and deliver regular progress updates.
Requirements:

Driving & Transport (Mandatory):

Valid Driver’s License and own personal car/vehicle required for site visits around Tashkent and surrounding yards.

Language Skills:

English (Mandatory): Fluent (written & spoken) for team reporting and management communication.

Russian or Uzbek (Mandatory): Fluent for daily communication with local drivers, yard workers, and logistics partners.

Chinese (Preferred / Big Plus): Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage for seamless communication with Chinese HQ and suppliers.

Data Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel (data entry, record matching, tracking logs).

Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, quick learner, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic field environment.

Experience: Prior experience in logistics, transport management, or warehouse operations is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong communication skills and a quick-learning mindset are welcome to apply.
