We are looking for a highly experienced, disciplined, and results-oriented Logistics Operations Manager / CEO to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management, operational performance, and overall business processes of a trucking and logistics company.

This is a senior executive position with a high level of authority and responsibility, reporting directly to the President of the Holding Company. The successful candidate will be expected to manage all key departments, establish strong operational discipline, improve efficiency, develop managers, and ensure that the company consistently achieves its operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Full operational and administrative management of the company.
• Manage and coordinate all key departments, including Dispatch, Safety, Fleet, ELD, Fuel & Monitoring, Recruiting/HR, Accounting, and other operational functions.
• Ensure effective cooperation and communication between departments.
• Set clear objectives, responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations for department managers.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Build and maintain a strong management structure and accountability system.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal processes, SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
• Monitor departmental and company-wide performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Identify operational weaknesses, bottlenecks, and management issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead department managers, develop their leadership capabilities, and maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure strong discipline, responsibility, transparency, and execution throughout the organization.
• Participate in strategic planning and company development together with the President of the Holding Company.
• Control operational risks and ensure management decisions are implemented properly and on time.
• Manage crisis situations and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Maintain a high standard of communication with employees, management, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Take full responsibility for the overall operational effectiveness and stability of the company.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Top Management position.
• Proven experience managing multiple departments, managers, and complex business processes.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent organizational and operational management capabilities.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective teams and establish accountability at all management levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex or crisis situations.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong hands-on execution.

Language Requirements

• English — Fluent / Professional Proficiency; excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Russian — C1 or higher.
• Uzbek — C1 or higher.

Candidates must be able to confidently conduct meetings, negotiations, management communication, and business correspondence in the required languages.

Strong Advantages

• Previous experience as an Operations Director, COO, General Director, CEO, or similar executive within a trucking, transportation, freight, or logistics company.
• Strong understanding of U.S. trucking and logistics operations.
• Experience managing a large operational team and multiple departments.
• Previous professional experience within government or public-sector organizations.
• Experience implementing management systems, SOPs, KPIs, accountability structures, and operational controls.
• Experience restructuring or scaling a growing business.
