IT Specialist

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

End-users technical support/System administration

KEY DUTIES AND TASKS

• Provide first-level IT support to end users of the group company in a timely manner
• Business applications roll out & support
• Incident/Request/Access management
• Collaboration with local and global service providers and initiating recurring payments
• Windows Server 2016/2019 administration
• Office 365 & Kaspersky cloud console administration
• Web hosting account administration
• Taking part in local and global projects within the group company
• Managing IT assets and maintenance arrangements
• Initiating tenders and documentation to purchase IT equipment
• Review and optimize IT-related costs
• Propose IT solutions to improve company operations
• Other tasks instructed by the IT Manager

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

• Good Russian and English verbal and writing skills
• At least 2 years of experience in IT service delivery
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS)
• Windows 10/11 advanced user
• Microsoft Office 365 administration experience (will be an advantage)
• Experience with virtualization platforms vSphere, Hyper-V
• Knowledge of the TCP / IP protocol stack and OSI model
• Experience in configuring active network equipment (switch, router, firewall, captive portal)

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant area
