🔴Responsibilities
• Accept new vehicles into storage, inspect each vehicle on receipt and record its condition.
• Maintain an accurate record of every vehicle held, its location and its status.
• Reconcile physical stock against the system record and investigate differences.
• Control site layout, capacity and vehicle access to prevent damage and congestion.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared and inspected to the manufacturer's standard before delivery.
• Prepare vehicles for loading, verify them against the shipping documents and release them to the carrier.
• Record and report damage, defects and discrepancies with supporting evidence.
• Keep acceptance and transport documentation complete, accurate and ready for audit.
• Work with external service providers and monitor the quality of the services delivered.
• Build, train and supervise the site team as the operation grows.
🔴Requirements
• Higher education in logistics, supply chain, transport, engineering or a related field.
• Three to five years in vehicle logistics, warehouse or yard operations, transport operations, or automotive dealer or service operations.
• At least one year supervising a team or a site.
• Practical experience with goods acceptance and transport documentation.
• Uzbek and Russian at fluent level; English at working level.
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and of inventory or warehouse systems.
🔴Would be an advantage
• Experience in the automotive industry, in particular with new vehicles.
• Experience of assessing and documenting vehicle damage.
• Experience of managing an external contractor or service provider.
