Content Creator / Social Media Creator

Alif Uz Corp is looking for a Social Media Specialist to help grow our presence on Instagram. If you love creating engaging content, know how to tell a story through video, and want to help shape how our brand shows up online — we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable and confident presenting on camera
• Strong spoken and written English
• A good eye for visual style, trends, and what performs well on Instagram
• Creative mindset — able to come up with content ideas, not just execute them
• Reliable and organized — can stick to a posting schedule
• Prior experience running an Instagram account (personal or professional) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Plan and create content for the company's Instagram (Reels, Stories, posts)
• Appear on camera to present products/services, company updates, and behind-the-scenes content
• Write captions and manage posting schedule
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs
• Track engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
• Coordinate with the team on campaign ideas and promotions
