Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Supports the organization of General Assembly, Board and Management meetings;
  • Takes minutes and notes of meetings;
  • Plans and organizes the daily work of Country Director;
  • Develops and submits annual reports to regional office and Ministry of Justice;
  • Coordinates, organizes and manages sponsorship work in the country and monitors the quality of its implementation;
  • Communicates with sponsors and donors and is the main contact person for them;
  • Trains and directs other staff involved in sponsorship projects;
  • Works with incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Marketing or linguistic;
  • Good command of English, Russian and Uzbek;
  • Willingness to make a long-term commitment;
  • Has strong affinity to fund development and communication ;
  • Knowledge of / experience in project management and/ or leading projects would be an advantage.
