We're opening a role that bridges the gap between classroom teaching and full admissions support for international universities. This is a chance to build an entire student-facing function from the ground up — from one-on-one admissions advising to a student union and an alumni network.

Important: this is first and foremost an admissions-expert role, and only second a community-building role. If you don't have hands-on admissions experience, this position isn't the right fit — even with a strong background in organizing student events or communities.

Key responsibilities:

  • University admissions support. Build a personal preparation plan for each student — clear, step-by-step guidance on documents, tests, deadlines, and essays.
  • Student Union. Build and run the Cambridge Student Union — plan and deliver regular events and activities for students.
  • Alumni community. Build and maintain an alumni network for students who complete the program: meetups, mentorship, ongoing contact with graduates.

Core requirement — hands-on admissions experience:

This is the single most important qualification for this role — more important than event-organizing or community experience. You should have one of the following:

  • personal experience going through the process of applying to a university abroad — you know first-hand how documents, standardized tests, deadlines, essays, and visas work; or
  • professional experience advising/consulting students on exactly this: application rules and requirements, deadlines and timelines, document packages, essay requirements, Top-100 university admissions criteria, scholarships.

Additional requirements:

  • A diploma from an international university.
  • Experience as a Student Union president, or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong English, spoken and written.

Nice to have:

  • Experience organizing events and managing a budget.
  • IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent proof of English level.

What we offer:

  • Salary 9,000,000–12,000,000 UZS net (based on interview results and experience) + KPI bonus.
  • A brand-new function within the company — build the processes yourself and see the direct impact of your work.
  • 6-day schedule.
  • Free English language classes for employees and discounted classes for their children at the company's training centers.

In your cover letter, please describe one specific case where you (personally or as an advisor) went through the process of applying to a university abroad — which university, what exactly you did, and the outcome. Applications without this are less likely to be prioritized.
