Talent Acquisition Specialist (English, Russian & Uzbek Speaker)

We are looking for a driven Mass Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end high-speed hiring funnels, scale international teams, and deliver top talent for our fast-growing business units.

What You Will Do

• High-Volume Hiring: Own the recruitment cycle to onboard 50–60 qualified sales agents and customer service specialists per month.

• Multi-Channel Sourcing: Proactively source candidates across hh.uz, LinkedIn, Telegram channels, social media, and local job networks.

• Screening & Assessment: Daily screen high volumes of applicants in English, Russian, and Uzbek; evaluate language fluency, motivation, and sales potential.

• Group Assessments & Onboarding: Conduct energetic group interviews, manage rapid candidate evaluations, and coordinate smooth batch handovers to our training teams.

• Pipeline Management & Retention: Maintain low candidate drop-off across all funnel stages through proactive, persistent, and engaging communication.

• ATS & Automation: Keep candidate data 100% accurate in real-time within our ATS (Candidate Tracker) while leveraging modern recruiting templates and automation tools.

What We Expect

• Experience: 1+ years of proven success in mass recruitment, high-volume hiring, or agency recruiting (BPO, call centers, or sales hiring preferred).

• Language Skills: Fluent/Professional proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek (both verbal and written).

• Proven Track Record: History of meeting or exceeding high-volume targets (e.g., closing 30+ vacancies per month).

• Speed & Resilience: Ability to excel under tight deadlines, multitask efficiently, and maintain high enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech Savviness: Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, advanced search operators on hh.uz, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and candidate tracking tools.

• Communication: Exceptional presentation skills to host dynamic group interviews and project a professional company brand.
