Обязанности:
- Build and develop the sales department; define the department structure, roles, and sales processes; participate in hiring sales employees; create onboarding and training programs; coach and evaluate the sales team; implement and optimize CRM workflows; establish lead distribution, follow-up, and pipeline management rules; create KPI and reporting systems; monitor conversion, response time, sales quality, and team productivity; prepare regular management reports and improvement plans; coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and IT to improve the customer journey and sales process
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows and sales-pipeline management; proven leadership and team-building skills; experience in service sales; ability to recruit, train, and coach sales employees; strong computer and reporting skills; analytical approach to KPI and conversion data; excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building a sales department or sales process from the ground up; hands-on experience with amoCRM or another CRM platform; experience with call, chat, social-media, and inbound lead channels; background in logistics, cargo, delivery, or other service businesses is an advantage.
