Обязанности:
- Manage and control day-to-day processes in the Uzbekistan office; coordinate office operations and staff; monitor service quality and task completion; establish clear workflows and internal controls; track key operational results and prepare management reports; support sales and customer-service performance; train, coach, and evaluate employees; identify process gaps and implement improvements; ensure effective communication between the Uzbekistan and U.S. teams
- Strong computer skills and confidence with office software; proven leadership and people-management skills; experience in service sales and customer oriented operations; ability to train and develop employees; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage several processes and priorities at the same time
- Experience in logistics, cargo, delivery, customer service, or a multi-branch business; experience with CRM/ERP systems and performance reporting; Uzbek, Russian, and/or English communication skills are an advantage
