Обязанности:
- Maintaining regular interaction with existing investors and potential partners;
- Organization of meetings, video calls, and preparation of teasers and presentations for investors and creditors;
- Full support for external due diligence, evaluations, and expert reviews of the Company by potential investors and creditors, including support for signing contractual documentation with them;
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines and the completeness of reporting to creditors and investors in accordance with contracts;
- Maintaining a database of investors, monitoring their interests and preferences;
- Participation in the preparation and placement of bonds (corporate, mortgage, and Eurobonds);
- Interaction with external consultants (legal consultants, audit companies);
- Preparation and provision of operational, regular, and analytical financial information and established types of reports to internal and external users.
- Higher education in international relations, finance, economics, banking, business administration, or related fields;
- Additional education or certification (CFA, ACCA, FRM) is an advantage;
- Experience in the banking sector;
- Ability to conduct business correspondence and public speaking in English.
