Who Are We Looking For?

We are searching for a passionate HR Manager to lead and elevate our HR practices! If you excel in people management, possess strategic thinking, and are ready to shape the future of our workforce, this role is tailor-made for you.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing HR policies to align with the company’s goals and culture;
- Managing the full cycle of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations;
- Building and maintaining a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and development;
- Collaborating with department heads to forecast and meet workforce needs;
- Handling employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws;
- Preparing HR reports and analytics for strategic decision-making.

What’s Important to Us:

- At least 2 years of experience in HR management or a similar role;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively in Uzbek, Russian and English;
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor regulations, and employee engagement strategies;

- Commitment to growing alongside our company and contributing to its success.
