About the Role
Yellow Way is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will be responsible for building and scaling operational processes in the company. The COO will work closely with the leadership team to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support business growth.

Requirements

Must be a citizen of Uzbekistan

Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping or courier service industry

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Ability to build and optimize operational systems

Languages: English, Russian, Uzbek (Tajik is a plus)
