KPMG is currently seeking a Learning and Development specialist to join our HR Department team.
Responsibilities:
- Employees onboarding program realization
- Participation in the organization of internal training for employees
- Operational work with employee: contracts, providers, payments etc.
- Participation in performance assessment
- Involvement to various HR projects: internal communication and CSR activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years in HR experience (focus in T&D will be a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with people of all levels.
- Being bilingual in written/spoken English and Russian.
