Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily office operations to ensure an efficient and productive work environment;

Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems;

Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents;

Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events;

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel;

Order and maintain office supplies and equipment;
-
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners;
-
Provide administrative support to management and employees;
-
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other office-related tasks;

Ensure compliance with internal administrative procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or office administrator role is an advantage;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

Strong organizational and time-management skills;
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;

Professional attitude, reliability, and discretion when handling confidential information;

Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
