About the role
We are looking for a proactive and internationally minded professional to join our team and support the development of global partnerships, startup programs, and market entry initiatives.
The role focuses on building and managing relationships with accelerators, innovation hubs, international organizations, and strategic partners. The candidate will work closely with startups and ecosystem players to facilitate market entry programs, soft-landing opportunities, and international collaboration.
Key areas of work include developing partnerships with accelerator programs, coordinating startup cohorts, negotiating, and identifying new markets and partners that can support international expansion initiatives.
What you will do
- Build and manage partnerships with accelerators, startup programs, and innovation hubs
- Coordinate and support startup cohorts and international acceleration programs
- Lead contracting, agreement preparation, and negotiation processes
- Maintain relationships with existing international partners and organizations
- Identify and research new markets, ecosystem players, and strategic partners
- Develop and manage soft-landing and market entry programs
- Work with government and institutional partners on international collaboration initiatives
- Coordinate networks of consultants, mentors, and industry experts
What we expect
- Professional English proficiency (minimum C1 level)
- Strong knowledge of agreements, contracting processes, and partnership frameworks
- Experience in negotiations at both business and government levels
- Ability to work with international partners, startups, and ecosystem organizations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have
- Additional EU languages (Spanish is a strong advantage)
- Experience working with startup ecosystems or venture programs
- Background in international partnerships or ecosystem development
- Experience with innovation programs, accelerators, or incubators
