Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B sales pipeline for AI dash cameras and fleet GPS solutions
- Build relationships with trucking companies, fleet owners, logistics companies, and dispatch firms
- Lead outbound sales efforts through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Manage and train sales representatives
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
- Fleet management
- Trucking industry
- Telematics
- GPS tracking
- SaaS or technology sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a sales team
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Fluent English required
- Knowledge of the U.S. trucking market is a strong advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network in trucking or logistics industry
- Experience selling:
- AI dash cameras
- ELD systems
- GPS tracking
- Fleet safety solutions
