Investment Analyst

Обязанности:

• Identify and evaluate early-stage startups (pre-seed and seed) as potential investment targets
• Source deal flow through proactive outreach, ecosystem mapping, university partnerships, accelerators, and startup events
• Screen incoming applications and conduct initial assessments to shortlist investment-ready candidates
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with founders, co-investors, and ecosystem partners
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support investment decisions
• Prepare investment memos, analytical reports, and presentations for the investment committee
• Perform due diligence on prospective portfolio companies, including financial, legal, and market assessments
• Maintain and update the deal flow pipeline and portfolio tracking database
• Support structuring of investment transactions and monitor post-investment performance
• Organize and manage fund events including Pitch Days, Demo Days, investor roundtables, and startup networking sessions
• Coordinate logistics, agendas, and communications for internal and external events
• Represent the fund at industry conferences, demo days, and investor forums

Требования:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience or demonstrated interest in investment analysis, venture capital, or financial consulting
• Strong understanding of VC instruments and deal structures (SAFE, Convertible Notes, equity rounds)
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams — from research and analysis to event coordination
• Proficient in Uzbek, English, and Russian (all three are mandatory)
• Excellent command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Based in Tashkent and available to work onsite full-time
