Construction Projects | Planning & Project Controls
UET Construction is expanding its team and invites experienced professionals to join large-scale construction projects.
Responsibilities

Organization and coordination of project planning and reporting processes

Development and maintenance of project planning and reporting methodology
-
Control of integrated construction schedules, progress tracking, and deviation analysis
-
Preparation of management reports (schedule, budget, KPIs)
-
Interaction with design, construction, and finance teams on timelines, resources, and costs
-
Analysis of construction performance, identification of risks and bottlenecks
-
Participation in budget planning and cost forecasting
-
Development of digital dashboards and reports using Power BI
-
Optimization of planning, reporting, and project control processes
-
Ensuring transparency and timely reporting for management and stakeholders
Requirements
-
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
-
Experience in construction project planning and control
-
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
-
Strong analytical and communication skills
-
Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
