AI Specialist

"KDB Bank Uzbekistan" is international and stable bank in Uzbekistan. We are looking for AI Specialist

Duties:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the bank’s AI policies including ethical guidelines, data usage standards, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with national and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, AI Act, local financial regulations).
• Provide recommendations for procurement or partnership with AI solution providers.
• Oversee integration of selected AI tools into banking operations (e.g., core banking, fraud detection, customer service).
• Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful AI deployments.
• Support internal capacity-building efforts through staff education and training programs on AI systems and usage.
• Ensure systems are regularly audited for performance, bias, and compliance.

Requirements:

• The candidate should have proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, and other design tools with 2-3 years of experience in creating digital applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

• Professional certification in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Ethics is an advantage.

• 5+ years of experience in AI-related roles, preferably within financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies or governance policies.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, tools, and trends.

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of AI applications in banking (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, anomaly detection).

• Familiarity with compliance, risk, and ethical considerations in AI deployment.

• Strong analytical and market research skills.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Project management skills, with experience managing AI/tech implementations.
