Duties:

Support sales project operations by organizing project review meetings, analyzing key projects, identifying risks, and providing timely improvement recommendations;

Prepare regular sales operation reports and ensure compliance with internal project management standards;

Assist in managing strategic and key customer accounts, including customer mapping, relationship planning, and annual business planning support;

Monitor customer relationship activities within the rep office and support the implementation of customer management strategies;

Manage customer satisfaction processes, including Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis, tracking key issues, and implementing corrective actions;

Organize customer invitation programs for major exhibitions and summits, including planning, coordination, and post-event evaluation;

Monitor order execution, order forecasting accuracy, and pre-sales activities to identify potential risks and ensure operational efficiency;

Support internal review processes, including organizing ATI reviews and tracking related action items;

Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and support continuous improvement of operational processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Telecommunications, or a related field;
- Understanding of sales operations, account management, or business operations processes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills;
- Ability to work with large datasets and prepare analytical reports;
- Experience in sales operations, project coordination, or business operations is an advantage;
- Fluency in English and Russian (knowledge of Chinese is a plus).
Work Conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
