Class A Recruiting is a BPO company providing recruitment services for American Truck Driving companies. Our clients are biggest carriers in the USA. We are actively expanding in Tashkent with a team consisting of excellent talents where a lot of young English speakers kick off their career.

Job Description:
We help American trucking companies find the best drivers for their fleet.

Responsibilities:

• Interviewing and onboarding CDL Truck Drivers
• Lead management
• Candidate pre-screening and later follow up

• High level of English (B2-C1)
• American accent and fluency are a MUST!
• Ability to work from 5 PM to 3 AM (Tashkent time)
• Communication skills
• No Experience required!
• No remote work
• Age requirement: preferably 18-30
• No Degree is okay but having it is a plus
• Preferably students from international universities
• Must live in Tashkent

• Shift: 5PM - 3AM (Tashkent time)
• Location: close to Minor metro station
• Commission-based payment structure
• Average Monthly Earnings: $800+
• Free Intensive Training Program provided
• American Logistics
