HVAC & FPS Design Engineer

Role Purpose

To manage design, coordination, and execution support of HVAC & Fire protection & Detection systems for substations and related infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and coordination of HVAC for substations.
• Design and coordination Firefighting system such as Hydrant , Water spray system ,Fire Detection & alarm system , Gas suppression system , Heat Tracing system for substations.
• Co-ordination with Developer, consultants, local authorities, Utility (NEGU) & suppliers
• Preparation of HVAC & FPS layouts, BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents
• Interface with electrical and civil teams for integrated design
• Technical evaluation of vendor offers and review of HVAC & FPS drawings
• Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, IS codes, and client requirements
• Support site execution, testing, and commissioning activities

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• 4–8 years of experience in HVAC & Fire protection system (industrial / substation / infrastructure projects)
