The Marketing Specialist ensures the effective planning and implementation of marketing and communication activities, both online and offline, with a focus on store openings, brand promotion, and alignment with the company’s international standards in each brand.
Key responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing
- Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and agencies
- Coordinating barter and paid collaborations with HQ (Poland)
- Monitoring and reporting campaign performance
- Managing PR packages and supporting influencer activations
Store Openings & Local Marketing
- Coordinating marketing activities for new store openings
- Cooperation with shopping malls and landlords on promotional support
- Managing OOH campaigns (platform selection, briefing, reporting, budget control)
- Supervising marketing materials delivery and launch execution
- Reporting store opening results to HQ
Local Marketing & Brand Communication
- Preparing and localizing marketing materials (digital & offline)
- Supporting in-store and mall advertising (banners, video/audio materials)
- Cooperation with shopping centers on joint campaigns and brand activations
- Supervising marketing budget usage
Administrative & Coordination
- Invoice coordination and budget tracking
- Ongoing cooperation with HQ marketing team (Poland)
- Supporting promotional campaigns and brand initiatives
Conditions:
• Working hours according to the local labour legislation and rules in the local subsidiary
