Responsibilities:
- Monthly budget
- Monthly reports
- Monitoring over debts
-Daily approval
-Setting limits on sale of goods
-Monitoring over import contracts and scheduling payment
-Coordinating the transactions with external partners (suppliers, service providers, media company)
-Cash flows analysis and control
-Tax liabilities and fulfilment
-Quarterly P&L
-Controlling selling prices and CIP from supplier (providing the accurate calculation)
-Control over marketing project costs and analysis of purposely and timely resource allocation
-Preparing a daily report for higher management
-Control over purchase of material goods
Such as stationaries, appliances etc. (CAPEX)
-Control over transportation expenses
-Variation analysis of operating, admin and distribution expenses
-Overall communicating all requirements and guidelines and full compliance with Kusum protocols and local state regulations.
- Development and implementation of financial strategies.
- Coordination with internal and external auditors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the pharmaceutical or distribution industry).
- Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills
