HR - Driver Recruiter (US Trucking Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Contact and hire CDL drivers

• Conduct driver interviews and background checks

• Track off days, attendance, and gross incomes

• Source drivers through pools, leads, and job boards

Requirements:

• English/Uzbek/Russian excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Must have an ability to work with Facebook

• Experience in driver recruiting is a MUST!

Working hours 5 pm - 2 am Tashkent time (Summertime working hours 4 pm - 1 am)
