What you’ll do

Source and qualify high-potential Web3 startups for acceleration and advisory programs

Build and manage a BD pipeline (CRM), outreach sequences, and follow-ups

Develop partnerships with ecosystems, VCs, launchpads, wallets, infra providers, and service partners
-
Prepare and deliver outreach materials (one-pagers, decks, partnership briefs)

Negotiate collaboration terms and close commercial/advisory deals

Support portfolio growth with intros, partner activation, and co-marketing execution
What we’re looking for

Proven experience in BD/Partnerships in Web3 (or adjacent tech)

Strong written and spoken English (B2+)

Solid understanding of crypto market structure and Web3 ecosystems

Process-driven: CRM discipline, reporting, and deal hygiene

Self-starter mindset, fast execution, ownership
Nice to have
-
Background in venture studio / accelerator / ecosystem growth

Fundraising, token launch, listings, or market-maker/wallet partnerships experience
