Electrical Design Engineer (Secondary Systems)

Juru is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team for international energy projects. We are looking for a specialist in Secondary Systems Design (Control & Protection) capable of creating detailed, structured, and error-free technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a systematic mindset, be able to work autonomously, and take responsibility for the quality of design solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Development of schematic diagrams (secondary switching, protection & control systems) for substations and generation facilities;

• Design of control panel layouts and switchgear assemblies;

• Creation of full project documentation sets: Bill of Materials (BOM), cable lists, wiring diagrams;

• Ensuring compliance with international standards (IEC) and client requirements;

• Working with modern Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor or master's degree in electrical engineering;

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Design Engineer in the energy sector;

• Deep understanding of secondary circuits and Low Voltage assembly principles;

• Proficiency in specialized software: Strong skills in EPLAN Electric P8 will be considered a key advantage;

• Ability to automate documentation processes: working with reports, parts databases;

• Strong command of English, including proficiency in technical English;

• Good communication, analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills;

• Ability to work in a team-oriented workspace and adapt to the new fast-growing dynamic environment;

• Ability to withstand high pressure and deliver results.
