Логист - диспетчер: Cargo Vans / Box Trucks

What You'll Do:

• Hunt for the best loads for box trucks and cargo vans
• Negotiate rates directly with brokers — and win
• Keep everything organized in TMS
• Jump in to solve any issues drivers face on the road
• Build strong, lasting partnerships with brokers
• Own the load from pickup to delivery — start to finish

What We're Looking For:

• Ready to work night shifts: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM or 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (winter)
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Thrive under pressure and stay sharp through long hours
• Hungry to learn and level up
• Detail-obsessed and always on time
• Can be trusted with confidential company data

What's In It For You:
