QA Engineer / QA Lead

IMAN is a fast-growing fintech company delivering modern financial solutions based on Islamic finance principles. We are looking for a QA Engineer / QA Lead to drive quality strategy, improve QA processes, and ensure high standards across our web and mobile products.

Responsibilities

• Test web and mobile applications
• Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, test plans, checklists, bug reports
• Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT, exploratory, usability, and load testing
• Set up and optimize QA processes; participate in automation implementation
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and designers to improve product quality
• For Senior: Lead QA processes, mentor the team, implement KPIs and quality metrics, ensure adherence to Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria

Requirements

• Experience testing web and mobile apps (Middle: 2+ years, Senior: 4+ years)
• Knowledge of test design techniques: equivalence classes, boundary values, pairwise, state transition, decision tables
• Experience with bug-tracking tools: Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Redmine
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working with API (Postman, Swagger, cURL), SQL, and logs (Kibana, Grafana)

Nice to have

• Automated testing experience (Postman Collections, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
• Load testing experience (JMeter, K6)
• Knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Experience building QA infrastructure and managing a team (for Senior)
