Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice to English-speaking clients regarding travel services (not telemarketing)

  • Offer tailored recommendations for international flights and hotels

  • Deliver responsive and high-quality customer service

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Strong persuasion, communication, and sales abilities

  • Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Previous experience in sales and a solid understanding of premium customer service principles

  • Confident computer literacy and quick adaptability to new tools

  • Motivation to learn, develop, and grow within the company

  • Positive energy and drive to meet and exceed goals
