SAMI is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth while building and leading the sales team.

This role combines direct sales execution with team development, requiring a leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.

The Sales Manager will work closely with senior management and will play a central role in expanding SAMI’s sales capacity, performance, and market reach.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Revenue Generation

  • Manage and convert a portfolio of inbound and outbound leads

  • Conduct consultations, follow-ups, and deal closures

  • Contribute directly to monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Support complex or high-value cases through the full sales cycle

🔹 Team Development & Leadership

  • Recruit, onboard, and train sales consultants

  • Establish clear KPIs, targets, and daily workflows

  • Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching

  • Participate in key sales interactions alongside the team

🔹 Sales Operations & CRM

  • Oversee lead flow and pipeline management within the CRM

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate data tracking

  • Improve conversion rates through structured processes

  • Maintain visibility over individual and team performance

🔹 Growth Channels & Market Expansion

  • Identify and activate new customer acquisition channels

  • Work with marketing and admissions teams to optimize funnels

  • Test and scale partnerships, events, and referral channels

🔹 Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Refine sales scripts, follow-up frameworks, and workflows

  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports

  • Recommend improvements based on real sales outcomes
