SAMI is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth while building and leading the sales team.
This role combines direct sales execution with team development, requiring a leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
The Sales Manager will work closely with senior management and will play a central role in expanding SAMI’s sales capacity, performance, and market reach.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Revenue Generation

Manage and convert a portfolio of inbound and outbound leads

Conduct consultations, follow-ups, and deal closures

Contribute directly to monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Support complex or high-value cases through the full sales cycle
🔹 Team Development & Leadership

Recruit, onboard, and train sales consultants

Establish clear KPIs, targets, and daily workflows

Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching

Participate in key sales interactions alongside the team
🔹 Sales Operations & CRM

Oversee lead flow and pipeline management within the CRM

Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate data tracking

Improve conversion rates through structured processes

Maintain visibility over individual and team performance
🔹 Growth Channels & Market Expansion

Identify and activate new customer acquisition channels

Work with marketing and admissions teams to optimize funnels

Test and scale partnerships, events, and referral channels
🔹 Process Optimization & Reporting

Refine sales scripts, follow-up frameworks, and workflows

Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports
