We are looking for a motivated Intern in Business Consulting (Customer & Finance) to join our professional team.

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing Higher Education - 4th-year Bachelor students (final year) or recent graduates
• Availability for a office-based internship
• Fields of study:
  Economics, Finance, Business, Banking, Mathematics, Statistics, Management & Marketing, Information Technologies

Languages

• Russian — fluent (written and spoken)
• Uzbek — fluent (written and spoken)
• English — advanced level

Analytical Skills

• Strong ability to search, structure, and analyze information (research)
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with large volumes of data

Technical Skills

• MS Excel — confident user (pivot tables, basic data visualization)
• MS PowerPoint — ability to build well-structured, clear, and visually accurate presentations
• MS Word — good working knowledge

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Readiness to work with clients and project teams
• Fast learner with high motivation and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Daily support of consulting projects
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation of materials
• Participation in research and analytical tasks
• Preparation of presentations and reports
• Working under the direct supervision of managers and senior team members

Will Be an Advantage

• Basic understanding of banking business, products, and processes
• Knowledge of finance and accounting fundamentals
• Understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators
• Previous experience through:
  • Internships
  • Case championships

  • Student projects or activities
