We are seeking a Sales Supervisor for a leading manufacturer of advanced electrical components for the automotive industry.
Obligations:
- Responsible for the sales of automotive wiring harness products in Uzbekistan and surrounding markets, developing and maintaining customer relationships;
- Assist in formulating regional sales strategies and achieve targets for new customer development and new project nomination on time;
- Promote various business negotiations and follow up on payment collection;
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the local market, collect customer needs and competitor information to support company decision-making;
- Regularly report sales performance and market dynamics to the sales center at China Head Office;
- Complete other related tasks assigned by sales leader;
- Maintain good communication with China Head Office, coordinate resources, and enhance customer satisfaction;
- Travel regularly to visit domestic and international customers, including business trips to China Head Office for work reporting;
- Cooperate with the local management team regarding attendance and daily affairs arrangements, and comply with company internal rules and regulations.
