We are seeking a distinctive and proactive HR Generalist (internally titled MyHR Specialist) to be the “Face of HR” at Air Products Uzbekistan. This is an outstanding opportunity to live and breathe HR in a dynamic corporate environment and contribute to the growth of our regional operations.
As a MyHR Specialist, you will:
- Be part of the European MyHR Team, supporting ~5,500 employees across Europe, including ~300 in Uzbekistan.
- Manage daily operations of Employee Services, addressing HR queries and advancing complex cases.
- Support HR programs across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, compensation, and more.
- Use tools like Workday, AP’s learning portal, and local systems to empower employees and managers.
- Drive process improvements, decrease ticket volumes, and improve service delivery!
- Collaborate with HR CoEs, HR Partners, and local HR teams to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices.
- Coordinate with third-party HR providers and ensure legal compliance with Uzbekistan’s labor laws.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports (e.g., sick leave, overtime).
- Manage work permits and visa renewals.
- Develop and maintain Knowledge Base Articles for the MyHR portal.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday - would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
- Knowledge of the Labour Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Willingness to travel within Uzbekistan.
- HR certifications are a plus!

- Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)
- The workplace is located in the office in Tashkent city
- When relocating to Tashkent from another country/region a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rent an apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members)
