Обязанности:
  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for academic and administrative positions.

  • Develop accurate job descriptions and job postings tailored to university needs.

  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • 2. Talent Sourcing & Market Research

  • Use modern recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, international job boards, AI-driven tools, etc.).

  • Identify and attract top local and international talent.

  • Monitor labor market trends to adjust hiring strategies.

  • 3. Recruitment Analytics

  • Maintain and analyze the recruitment funnel (sourcing → screening → interview → offer → hire).

  • Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR management.

  • Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose improvements.

  • 4. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with department heads, hiring managers, and faculty leadership.

  • Ensure excellent communication and timely updates throughout all hiring stages.

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.

  • 5. Employer Branding

  • Contribute to building NUU’s image as an employer of choice.

  • Prepare recruitment content, announcements, and event participation.

  • Support career fairs, networking events, and partnership development.

Требования:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in education or corporate environment).

  • Strong knowledge of modern hiring platforms and sourcing techniques.

  • Experience with recruitment funnel analytics and report preparation.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Russian or Uzbek is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
