JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary objective: Developing and implementing trade marketing activities to stimulate sales across distribution channels.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a trade marketing strategy across sales channels.
- Planning and organizing promotions, sampling, and promotional events.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Interacting with sales, marketing, and logistics departments.
- Monitoring compliance with merchandising standards.
- Working with POS materials: ordering, placing, and monitoring usage.
- Developing incentive programs for sales teams and partners.
- Monitoring competitive market activity.
- Preparing reports, analytics, and suggestions for improvement.
- Weekly market tours across all channels
- Business trips to distributors
QUALIFICATIONS
- Skills and knowledge MS Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Good communication with clients & colleagues and presentation skills
- Fluent English Communication Skills
- At least 2-3 years of Field Sales and/or Trade Marketing Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management and economics from a reputable university preferably
