English Language Teacher

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, English Philology, Education or related field;

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline;

• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level);

• At least one of the following certificates is mandatory:

  • IELTS Academic (7.0+)

  • TESOL

  • TEFL

  • CELTA

• Additional certificates are an advantage:

  • TKT

  • DELTA

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct English lessons for various levels (General English and exam preparation);

• Prepare structured syllabi, lesson plans and learning materials;

• Deliver lessons focused on speaking fluency, grammar accuracy and language confidence;

• Track student progress and provide regular feedback and performance reports;

• Prepare students for international exams (e.g., IELTS, Cambridge English, etc.);

• Implement modern teaching methodologies and digital learning resources;

• Maintain classroom engagement through interactive and communicative teaching techniques;

• Participate in internal teacher training, workshops and academic meetings;

• Conduct placement tests and speaking assessments when required;

• Support students outside class through консультации and guidance when needed.

  
  Professional Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of English teaching experience;

• Strong classroom management and communication skills;

• Ability to explain complex grammar clearly and effectively;

• Experience preparing learners for international certifications;

• Confident user of teaching platforms and digital tools;

• Responsible, punctual, disciplined and able to work to deadlines;

• Fluent in English and Russian or Uzbek is a strong advantage
