ACWA Power is a developer, investor, co-owner and operator of a portfolio of power generation and desalinated water production plants with a presence in 15 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Central and South-East Asia.

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our growing team in Uzbekistan!

As a Talent Acquisition and Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across Construction, Operation & Maintenance, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
  • Support employer branding and proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external networks.
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and contribute to global inclusion targets.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor market regulations and company policies.
  • Promote ACWA Power as an Employer of Choice at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate with managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee integration experience.
  • Develop structured onboarding programs and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Act as a central point of contact for new employees, providing guidance and support during their transition period.
  • Foster a welcoming and engaging environment aligned with ACWA Power’s culture and values.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in-house (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek.
