About the Company
We are an international IT distributor and part of a fast-growing diversified holding, operating in 10 countries across Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the UAE.
Our portfolio includes:
• Infrastructure solutions — servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity
• Office equipment & accessories — laptops, computers, printers
• Consumer electronics — smartphones and related products
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a strategic marketing leader who will strengthen and transform the marketing function at the holding level. This role is not limited to operational marketing — it requires a holistic understanding of business, markets, and sales processes, and the ability to align marketing strategy with the company’s overall commercial goals.

Your Mission
To develop a unified marketing vision for the entire holding, integrating multiple businesses, products, and markets under one strategic direction.
You will turn marketing into a core business growth function that supports revenue, brand value, and partner ecosystem development across the group.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the group-wide marketing strategy across 10 countries and multiple business units;
• Lead and inspire a team of 8 marketing professionals, building a strong, high-performing structure across the holding;
• Strengthen the strategic marketing function within the holding — moving from fragmented local activities to a unified, data-driven system;
• To manage an annual marketing budget, ensuring high ROI and efficient allocation of resources;
• Work closely with top management and sales leaders, ensuring marketing directly supports business growth and revenue goals;
• Lead digital transformation of marketing — analytics, automation, performance campaigns, MarTech tools;
• Develop and manage partner marketing programs with key global vendors and partners;
• Launch a partner portal and unified loyalty programs across brands;
• Conduct strategic market, competitive, and product analysis to support decision-making;
• Manage the corporate and product brand architecture across all markets;
• Provide executive-level insights and marketing performance reports to the Board.

What We Expect
• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior management (Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / CMO);
• Proven background in IT distribution, vendor or partner ecosystems, or FMCG;
• Demonstrated success in building and leading marketing functions at the regional or holding level;
• Strong commercial acumen — understanding of business, markets, and sales operations;
• Hands-on experience with modern marketing tools and analytics (SEO, PPC, SMM, CRM, automation, data);
• Experience managing marketing across multiple countries or diversified business units;
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Strategic, analytical, and leadership mindset with the ability to influence at the executive level;
• Strong results orientation and ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
