Part of a logistics group: The project is a division of a U.S. trucking logistics group, which is the market leader in Uzbekistan.
The company is a registered IT Park resident with offices in Tashkent (two offices), Chicago, and Orlando
Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to design, build, and maintain microservices that support risk-management systems and business-process automation. The Backend Developer will work with BPMN tools, APIs, and data structures to ensure stable integrations, efficient workflows, and scalable backend architecture.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain microservices using Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.

Design, optimize, and manage data structures and relational databases.

Build integrations with internal and external systems through APIs.

Implement and support BPMN workflows using tools such as Camunda, Flowable, or Activiti.

Ensure adherence to modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, REST API standards, JSON data handling, and containerization with Docker.

Collaborate with risk, product, and analytics teams to support automation and system improvements.
Requirements:

Proven experience in microservices development (Python / Node.js / JavaScript).

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience designing data structures.

Hands-on experience with API integrations.

Proficiency with BPMN engines (Camunda, Flowable, Activiti).

Understanding of CI/CD principles, REST, JSON, and Docker.

Experience integrating with banking or fintech systems.

Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Exposure to DevOps practices or data pipeline configuration.
