Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for liaising with partners, understanding dealer needs and market conditions, and coordinating internal resources to achieve sales targets;
2. Responsible for and supporting the introduction of new products to target markets, conducting product analysis, and introducing products in a phased manner based on the market conditions of various countries. Coordinate personnel training, promotional strategies, after-sales service, etc., to ensure successful product launches;
3. Assist in the development and improvement of the regional marketing management system, determine marketing models, and manage regional dealers to ensure sales targets are achieved;
4. Market and brand maintenance: Based on the company's brand philosophy, encourage dealers to actively carry out various brand activities to enhance BYD's brand awareness overseas. Simultaneously, coordinate with headquarters to monitor overseas public opinion and respond promptly to and shut down negative public opinion;
5. Follow up and supervise partner channel development plans to promote sales terminal and brand awareness improvement;
6. Follow up on dealer payments, sales volume, etc., to ensure the achievement of annual terminal and wholesale targets in various countries. Analyze dealer inventory data, analyze the reasons for non-achievements, and propose improvement measures;
7. Regularly report business to regional managers and the Central Asia branch.
Job main requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in English with excellent writing skills for daily business communication.
Experience in the automotive industry is required.
