We are looking for an experienced Methodologist to strengthen our academic team and contribute to the development of high-quality educational content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve curricula for General English, Speaking, and IELTS programs.
  

• Create methodological materials, lesson plans, and presentations for teachers.
  

• Conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, and methodological consultations.
  

• Standardize and maintain unified teaching approaches across programs.
  

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in teaching or academic methodology.
  

• CELTA certification is mandatory (DELTA is a strong advantage).
  

• Deep understanding of modern ELT methodologies.
  

• Strong ability to mentor, support, and professionally develop teachers.
  

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  

• Strong command of digital tools and online teaching technologies.
