Description:

As a Business Development Specialist for the BPO Sector, you will lead initiatives to attract international companies across various industries (customer support, finance, e-commerce, IT, etc.) to establish outsourcing and customer experience operations in competitive, cost-efficient market. Leveraging incentives and ecosystem support programs, your mission is to position the location as a reliable, talent-driven destination for high-quality business process outsourcing services and global customer engagement.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outsourcing services promotion

  • Proven record of engaging and negotiating with decision-makers at corporate level

  • Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in BPO, CX, or contact center industry (inbound/outbound, back-office, or shared services)

  • Understanding of outsourcing models, process automation, and digital transformation trends

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales outreach platforms

  • Additional language skills (Russian, Turkish, Arabic, or others) are advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract potential clients for BPO and customer experience services

  • Conduct online and in-person meetings, sales calls, and professional correspondence with prospects

  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations showcasing service capabilities and business value

  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, design, legal, accounting, HR) to prepare materials, offers, and reports

  • Maintain active communication with potential and existing clients to build long-term relationships

  • Track and report sales activities, conversion rates, and client engagement metrics
